The polymer and hardness are chosen for temperature, media and load. Compounds are mixed in-house.
Compression moulding
Compression moulding and rubber-to-metal bonding, held to drawing across the batch.
Constant cross-section
Profiles, channels, cords and tubing in custom sections. Extrusion dies are cut in-house.

A drawing, a sample or a description
A drawing or CAD file is ideal. A physical sample works too, and so does a clear description with dimensions. Add the fluid or environment the part sees, the temperature, and the quantity you expect. We do the rest and confirm the compound with you before any tooling is cut.
