Custom rubber gaskets and seals
Exonel compression-moulds gaskets and seals to drawing for enclosures, panels, housings and fluid systems. Parts are made in six base polymers with the hardness matched to the sealing load, and can be bonded to steel, brass or aluminium inserts.

Complex-geometry seals

Silicone (VMQ)
Service from about −60°C to +225°C. Food-contact and medical-application compounds on request.
EPDM
Ozone, weather, steam and hot water. The usual choice for outdoor enclosures.
NBR (Nitrile)
Mineral oil, fuel and hydraulic fluid.
FKM (Viton-type)
High heat together with oil, fuel or aggressive chemicals.
