Rod seals
Stop fluid escaping where the rod leaves the cylinder.
Wiper and dust seals
Scrape dirt and water off the rod before it retracts. PU and metal-cased, DKBI-type.
Guide rings
Keep piston and rod centred in the bore and stop metal-to-metal contact.
Guide strips (soft belts)
Bronze-filled PTFE strip, cut to length to form guide rings. Also called BFT or BLF strip.
V-packing sets
