A drive that runs all day needs a coupling that absorbs shock and a seal that holds. Our standard range covers star, diaphragm and engine couplings, borewell compressor couplings, rubber bellows and PTFE seals, ordered by type, bore or the old part. Gaskets and seals outside the range are made to your drawing.

Star couplings
Star-shaped elastomer insert between two jaw hubs. Carries torque, absorbs shock, takes up small misalignment.
Diaphragm and engine couplings
Rubber diaphragm couplings that damp vibration in engine drives, including compressors, DG sets and pumps.
Borewell compressor couplings
Star and diaphragm types for borewell compressor drives.
PTFE seals
Backup rings, O-rings, washer seals and flat gaskets for chemicals, heat and high pressure.

Vibration and shock
A rubber coupling takes up misalignment and absorbs the shock a rigid drive would pass straight into the bearings.
Heat around the drive
Silicone or FKM where the ambient around an engine or a compressor stays high.
Oil and fuel contact
NBR for mineral oil, fuel and hydraulic fluid on pump and DG-set assemblies.
Aggressive media
PTFE where the fluid is too harsh for rubber, as a backup ring, a washer seal or a flat gasket.
