What is the most common O-ring material?

Nitrile (NBR) — it handles oil, fuel and hydraulic fluids and covers most industrial sealing. For heat or chemicals, FKM or silicone are used instead.

Can you make a custom-size O-ring?

Yes — beyond standard sizes, we mould custom cross-sections and diameters to your drawing.

Which O-ring resists oil and fuel best?

NBR for general oil and fuel; FKM where temperature and chemical aggressiveness are higher.
